Preparation time

Our products are made to order using different manufacturing technologies.Some items, such as wiring kits, have a shorter preparation time and can be shipped quickly. On the other hand, certain 3D printed parts take longer to manufacture.

At J0sh911, we pay close attention to surface finishing. That’s why many of our parts are treated like pieces of jewelry: undergoing multiple steps of hand sanding, varnishing, and even machine polishing. Therefore, we truly appreciate our customers’ understanding and trust while we craft their items with the care they deserve.

 

You’ll find an estimated handling time displayed on products that require post-processing. If none is shown, the item is ready to ship.



Shipping methods and costs


Correos  handles all deliveries within Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands). Delivery times range from 24 to 72 hours.

If you're ordering from any European country (including the United Kingdom), we use a tracked service with delivery upon signature. Correos  ships the parcel to the destination country, and from there, the local postal operator handles the final drop-off. Packages sent with this service typically arrive within 4 to 10 business days.

 

For the rest of the world, we rely on the same Correos  service as in Europe. However, delivery times may vary due to additional factors such as customs clearance. Please note that orders placed from outside the European Union do not include VAT, and the buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes or duties charged by their country’s authorities. Final delivery is carried out by the local postal service, and most packages arrive within 5 to 12 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the order.


 

Important Considerations

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors (weather conditions, customs, carrier workload, etc.).

Please, make sure the shipping address is entered correctly to avoid delays or returns.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photos of the item and its packaging, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
